Job summary

H4 Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst for Insider Threat Information Systems Security to analyze, detect, and mitigate insider threats within SCI IT networks. You will work with Information Security, risk management, and incident response teams to prevent, investigate, and manage insider threats.

This role requires strong data analytics, cybersecurity, and risk management expertise, with guidance from the Government Division Chief and assigned team leader to implement

Qualifications

• Eight years of IT experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in data analysis, with at least 2 years focusing on insider threat detection or information security.
• Proven experience analyzing security logs, identifying anomalies, and investigating incidents.
• Cybersecurity fundamentals: encryption, authentication, access control, network security.

Responsibilities

• Insider threat detection and monitoring: analyze data streams, flag suspicious activities, and use ML techniques to identify threats.
• Incident investigation and response: lead investigations, coordinate containment and mitigation.
• Data analysis and reporting: generate insights, trends, and risk assessments for leadership.
• Collaboration: work with information security, risk management, and compliance teams to improve security posture.
