Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess insider threats, workplace violence concerns, and security incidents.
• Conduct intelligence-driven investigations into threats and misconduct.
• Analyze information from OSINT and other sources to identify risks.
• Produce threat assessments, reports, and situational updates for leadership.
• Collaborate with security, HR, legal, and operations to mitigate threats.
• Support incident response and provide after-hours coverage as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
