Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is hiring an Inside Technical Sales Representative II to drive aftermarket parts sales, manage customer service for incoming orders via QTC, and ensure accurate setup in SAP. You will determine pricing from cost data, maintain pricing accuracy, and support global and acquisition-related technical issues.

The role focuses on pricing, order processing, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets while continuously improving quoting and ERP system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical with ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket parts sales and manage customer service for orders via SAP/QTC.
• Determine pricing based on cost data and maintain pricing accuracy.
• Manage RFQ/quoting, proposals, and territory revenue/margins.
• Lead quote-to-order execution with minimal supervision and support IT/system improvements.
