Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Inside Surveyor / Licensed Surveyor for its Williamsburg office. The position focuses on leading surveying projects, supervising field crews, and coordinating with municipalities on boundary, ALTA, and site work.

You will prepare proposals, support RFPs, maintain client relationships, ensure project profitability, and pursue business development with ownership potential and profit share opportunities.

Qualifications

• Virginia Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• 5+ years of experience in land development and public works projects.
• Experience with subdivisions, site plans, rezoning, and municipal projects.
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate survey operations.
• Strong working relationships with municipalities and approval agencies.
• Experience with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, boundary line adjustments, construction stakeout/as-builts, and builder packages.
