Dover Food Retail seeks an Inside Service Support Specialist in Conyers, GA to provide expert technical support to customers and service partners for refrigeration products. You will coordinate between field personnel, engineering, quality, and sourcing to resolve issues promptly.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer-facing B2B roles and 3+ years in technical HVAC/refrigeration support, with strong MS Office and Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer facing role in a B2B environment.
• 3+ years in providing technical solutions in a call center or HVAC/refrigeration field.
• 2+ years experience with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• 2+ years experience with a technical role in the commercial refrigeration industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, service partners, and internal departments for operation, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of DFR products.
• Coordinate problem resolution between quality, warranty, field service, engineering, and sourcing departments.
• Develop technical service bulletins to educate service partners and internal teams about common field issues.
• Act as internal escalation point for after-sales support and ensure service levels are met.
• Collaborate with Engineering and other departments to fulfill information requests.
