Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an Inside Service Support Specialist to provide technical support to customers and service partners from our Conyers, GA facility. You will coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, HVAC knowledge, and experience with service tools and CRM systems. Daily in-office presence is expected to support sales and service operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role in B2B environments.
• 2+ years in technical support or HVAC/refrigeration experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, service partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate problem resolution across quality, warranty, field service, engineering, and sourcing.
• Develop service bulletins to educate partners and internal teams.
• Act as escalation point for after-sales support to maintain service levels.
• Collaborate with engineering on information requests and improvements.
