Job summary

Opifex-Synergy is seeking an Inside Service Manager to lead the service team in the equipment rental sector. You will oversee maintenance, repair, parts ordering, inventory management, and customer billing while collaborating with the outside sales team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, setting performance expectations, and ensuring technicians have the tools and knowledge to perform at a high level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-year technical certificate or related degree with 5 years of service management experience in heavy equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Extensive equipment maintenance knowledge expected.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide detail-oriented leadership to shop technicians diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
• Coordinate daily shop repair activities ensuring parts, tools, and documentation are available.
• Open, update, and close work orders for in-shop service jobs.
