Treatment Specialist/Remote Sales Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultation and describe LaserAway's treatments and skincare line
• Close sales by building rapport with patients and explaining product and service capabilities
• Evaluate current aesthetic treatment process and patient goals and recommend new services
• Prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit and Loan Hero
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day and work one weekend shift per week

Treatment Specialist/Remote Sales Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of sales experience with an emphasis on business development and cold calling
• Proven experience in overcoming client objections and strong negotiating skills
• Ability to work remotely with a self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Experience with Zoom, Docusign, Slack, and 8x8 is a plus
