About The Role

In the Customer Support Specialist role, you will be the first communication layer with our customers. You will wear many hats, and your work will impact the success of PriceLabs' customers and their businesses. Our customers appreciate the support and service we provide, and your role will be to uphold and set new standards of excellence.

If you're looking to work in the B2B SaaS space, this is an opportunity to kickstart your career. This starting role at PriceLabs offers potential movement to different departments such as Data Science, Sales & Success, Marketing, etc.

This role involves working from 4:30 a.m. PH time (2:00 a.m. IST) to 1:00 p.m. PH time (10:30 a.m. IST), any five days of the week.

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and resolving them
  • Conducting product walkthroughs and providing resolutions to customer queries
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to customer issues
  • Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Answering questions via email, phone calls, and live video calls
  • Going above and beyond to help customers
About You
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role within a SaaS organization
  • Empathy and patience
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a startup or customer support role
  • Strong analytical skills, especially with math and numbers
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with databases (including SQL), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with support software like Zohodesk
