Participants gain hands-on experience through structured rotations in Warehouse Operations and Inside Sales, plus cross-functional shadowing across Delivery, Purchasing, Pricing, and Vendor Management. The program culminates in readiness for an Inside Sales role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Strong interest in sales and the distribution industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Warehouse Operations and Inside Sales to learn core business functions.
• Support customers in quotes and orders, building product knowledge and relationships.
• Shadow cross-functional teams (Delivery, Purchasing, Pricing, Vendor Management Inventory, Outside Sales).
• Develop foundation to transition to an Inside Sales role.
