Horizon Forest Products is seeking a highly self-motivated inside sales professional to join our team in Orlando. You will generate leads, build relationships with customers, and drive sales goals while collaborating with the Outside Sales Team to implement effective strategies.

Responsibilities include negotiating pricing, preparing quotes, processing orders, and gathering competitive intelligence to inform product and service offerings. A strong communicator with attention to detail will excel.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
• Work with the Outside Sales Team to implement and execute effective sales strategies to drive sales.
• Negotiates pricing with customers, prepares quotes and submits orders.
• Collaborates with purchasing departments, Branch Leaders and other team members to ensure that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
• Identifies and locates new customers through networking and cold calls.
• Apply product knowledge to match products to the needs of the customers.
• Gathering information from customers on competing products.
• Supplies leadership with oral and written reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
