BigFoot Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist for an established client in Beaverton, OR. The role blends warm lead outreach, customer support, and account coordination, with a full-time weekday schedule.

The candidate will handle inbound inquiries, perform 40–60 outbound calls daily, manage tickets, and coordinate across departments. Experience with HubSpot CRM and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or account management.
• B2B customer experience and confidence communicating with business contacts.
• Strong phone, written communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience using a CRM; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads by phone, email, and chat.
• Make approximately 40–60 outbound calls per day to understand customer needs and move opportunities forward.
• Manage customer questions, support tickets, and open requests through resolution.
• Coordinate with accounting and other departments on account questions, order details, and logistical needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activity notes, and follow-up tasks in HubSpot.
• Balance multiple conversations while providing timely, accurate communication.
