Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in internal sales or related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with proactive attitude and good communication.
• Able to work independently and adapt to changing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations and ensure excellent daily service.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers in the region.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and technical documents.
• Support the sales team to boost sales and performance.
• Schedule appointments and follow up after first contact.
• Meet customers virtually or on-site and capture needs.
• Update CRM and data; follow up on quotations.
• Assist colleagues as needed and strive for high customer satisfaction.
