Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Proficient with computers and office software.
• Ability to handle quotes, orders, and follow-up.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday 7:30–5:00.

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales with quotes, order entry and follow-up.
• Assist customers by phone and email with product questions and orders.
• Coordinate with branch team on order status, deliveries and issues.
• Handle limited will-call traffic.
