Courser seeks a detail-oriented Inside Sales Support specialist to assist our sales team in Miami. You’ll prepare quotes, manage CRM data, coordinate with vendors, and streamline communications between internal teams and clients in a fast-paced MSP environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales support or inside sales, knows ConnectWise Sell, Quosal or similar tools, and excels at organization and communication. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, inside sales, or sales administration—preferably in IT/services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales quotes, proposals, and order forms for hardware, software, and managed services.
• Assist in RFP/RFI responses, renewals, and client onboarding documentation.
• Support contract tracking and ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.
