Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift Inside Sales Support - Customer Experience Rep in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on handling inbound inquiries, pre-qualifying customers, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure responsive service.

You will also make outbound calls, log activity, and follow up on leads, contributing to a great customer experience through cross-department collaboration at the Crown network.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment are necessary.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Completion of background check, drug screen & physical required.

Job Duties

• Hours are 11:00 am -8:00 om EST
• Answer incommoding sales inquiry telephone calls.
• Provide information by phone, through email, or by mail.
• Pre-qualify customer inquiry and disseminate call information to the appropriate salesperson or department.
• Make outbound telephone calls.
• Log, track, and communicate sales call information.
• Follow up on sales leads and record sales results.
• Participate in training activities locally, in the field, & occasionally at the New Bremen corporate headquarters.
• Work within various departments within the branch as needed.
