Job summary

Fonroche Lighting America, Inc. is seeking an organized Inside Sales Support professional in Boise, Idaho.

You will act as the hub for sales activity across a defined territory, coordinating with Sales Managers, customers, municipalities, and internal teams to keep projects moving. Primary duties include data management in Salesforce, scheduling meetings, supporting bids, and maintaining organized sales processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer support, project coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers by phone and email.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers, municipalities, and partners to gather information and confirm project details.
• Schedule demos, site visits, Teams calls, and customer meetings for assigned reps.
• Manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and help reps stay organized.
• Assist with event coordination—lunch-and-learns, local conferences, and municipal meetings.
• Enter and update accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Create reports and dashboards for territory forecasting and weekly sales meetings.
• Coordinate with Sales Enablement on bids, submissions, and proposal documents.
