This is a permanent remote position that requires travel to the Headquarters in Lansdale, PA, for onboarding and training during the first week. Please do not apply unless you are able to travel during this period.

Must have lighting/electrical industry experience to be considered.

The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain relationships with internal teams, external sales reps, and customers. The role focuses on safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.

Your Impact

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Initiate sales via outbound cold calls and inbound inquiries.
• Manage price requests and update CRM records.
• Serve as liaison between sales agencies, distributors, and managers.
• Respond promptly to order inquiries via email or phone.
• Follow up on samples and quotes per company policies.
• Check order and stock availability, communicating with customers and stakeholders.
