This is a permanent remote position. Please note this position requires travel to the Headquarters location (Lansdale, PA) for onboarding and training during the first week. Do not apply unless you are able to travel during this period.

Must have lighting/electrical industry experience to be considered.

The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain relationships with internal teams, external sales reps, and customers. The role promotes Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise and safeguards the customer experience.

Your Impact
  • Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
  • Initiate sales opportunities via outbound cold calling and inbound calls.
  • Manage price requests and maintain customer records using CRM software.
  • Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers.
  • Respond to questions regarding orders via email or phone promptly.
  • Follow up on sample requests and quotes timely, per Keystone policies.
  • Check order and stock availability, communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, quick response time, clear communication, and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Comfortable with phone interactions and verbal communication skills.
