This is a permanent remote position. Please note this position requires travel to the Headquarters in Lansdale, PA for onboarding and training during the first week. Do not apply unless you are able to travel during that time.

The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain relationships with internal teams, external sales reps, and customers. The role promotes Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise and ensures a positive customer experience.

Your Impact

• Analyze customer sales data for trends and opportunities.
• Initiate sales via outbound cold calling and inbound inquiries.
• Manage price requests and maintain customer records in CRM.
• Serve as liaison between sales agencies, distributors, and territory managers.
• Respond promptly to order inquiries via email or phone.
• Follow up on samples and quotes timely, adhering to policies.
• Check product availability and communicate with customers and stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge.
• 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and quick response times.
