Join to apply for the Inside Sales Support Associate (Remote) role at Keystone Technologies

This is a permanent remote position. Please note this position requires travel to the Headquarters location (Lansdale, PA) for onboarding and training during the first week. Do not apply unless you are able to travel to Headquarters during the first week of employment.

Must have lighting/electrical industry experience to be considered.

The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Support Associate works closely with the Distributor Sales Team to drive sales and maintain relationships with internal teams, external sales representatives, and customers. The role focuses on safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.

Your Impact
  • Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management
  • Initiate sales via outbound cold calling and inbound calls
  • Manage price requests and maintain customer records in CRM
  • Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers
  • Respond to questions about orders promptly via email or phone
  • Follow up on sample requests and quotes efficiently
  • Check order and stock availability, communicating updates to customers and stakeholders
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong communication
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for phone interactions
