Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years Inside Sales/Customer Service Experience.
• Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus.
• PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality work within deadlines with or without supervision.
• Lead Inside Sales team and coordinate with Outside Sales and customers.
• Deliver quotes, bids and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview and hire Inside Sales and Warehouse staff.
• Coach, train and lead staff and enforce company policies.
