Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Houston. You will build strong customer relationships, provide product guidance, generate quotes, and assist with inquiries from walk-ins and remote customers.

Responsibilites include order entry, pricing, collaboration with reps and teams, showroom upkeep, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to multitask and use time efficiently to achieve outcomes.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Warehouse work including forklift experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers before, during, and after sales.
• Provide knowledgeable product information and generate quotes and proposals.
• Assist walk-in customers and handle inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Drive profitable sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems accurately.
• Respond to orders and quote requests via multiple channels (phone, email, fax).
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams to fulfill needs.
• Maintain showroom, organize stock, and support inventories.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and shipping logistics.
