Plasma-Therm LLC in Saint Petersburg, FL, seeks a sales support professional to assist Field Sales by gathering customer requirements, coordinating with Platform/Business Development Managers, and delivering accurate quotations and project summaries.

The role interfaces with engineering and marketing to translate specifications into approved configurations and to support the sale of new, refurbished systems, retrofits, and upgrades.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 0 to two years of work experience in semiconductor or capital equipment manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers customer requirements data with Field Sales and ensures completeness.
• Works with PM/BDM to evaluate requirements against capabilities.
• Secures in-house technical resources to assess feasibility of requirements.
• Generates quotations for opportunities based on configurations and pricing guidelines.
• Prepares PO package / project summary and participates in kickoff meetings.
• Maintains data in CRM and other company systems.
