Job summary

Liberty Roofing Center is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team at the Youngstown, OH location. You will work with customers and Territory Sales Representatives to support our growing customer base, handle outbound calls, process orders, and assist with product requirements and pricing.

The role emphasizes strong communication, professional phone etiquette, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced environment within our roofing materials business.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required.
• General understanding of Sales and Customer Service.
• Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
• Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base.
• Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep.
• Process orders and paperwork.
• Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing.
• Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provide sales support for walk in customers.
• Timely and effective communication.
• Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion.
• Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.
