Job summary

Power Utility Products Company, Inc. (PUPCO) seeks an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and prospects.

You will drive revenue through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and solution-selling, qualifying leads and managing the sales pipeline within the CRM. You will collaborate with the field sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and supporting materials, aiming to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets while reducing churn.

Qualifications

• Associate-level degree or relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Ability to present technical products and services clearly.
• Experience with CRM and quoting processes.
• Self-motivated with resilience in a quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to qualified leads.
• Enter quotes, update the Book of Business, and manage churn.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and sales materials.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue and churn targets.
• Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
• Continuously refine tactics based on performance metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.
