Job summary

Progressive Pumps is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business at named and prospect accounts. The ISR conveys the value of our pump repair services, deepens relationships, and processes orders by quoting prices, delivery terms, and substitutions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred, will accept relevant experience in place of education.
• 3–5 years' sales experience in service sales of manufactured products, pumps or valves.
• Proven ability to qualify opportunities, close deals, and meet quotas.
• Strong account development, pre-call planning, and time management skills.
• Experience with SugarCRM or similar CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with assigned accounts and prospect new ones.
• Lead quote processes and communicate delivery specifications and payment terms.
• Support outside sales and handle customer inquiries for repair services.
• Meet sales and activity targets for repair services and opportunities.
• Maintain an effective daily plan and track interactions in the CRM.
