Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. is expanding its Redding, CA branch and seeks an energetic Inside Sales Specialist to help build a high-performing location. You will partner with Outside Sales to broaden reach, strengthen customer relationships, and drive plumbing product sales in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

As Inside Sales, you will handle quotes, support order fulfillment with the warehouse, and manage customer accounts. Growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of Plumbing sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Sales or Customer Service with ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales to understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and submittals for personalized customer service.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
• Serve as the point of contact for sales inquiries and resolve customer questions.
• Maintain records of sales transactions and perform related admin duties.
• Own account management and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Support joint sales calls with Outside Sales and provide quotes as needed.
• Process purchases and transfers and communicate with purchasers.
• Contribute to the sales team and provide counter sales support.
• Train existing staff on plumbing products and SOPs.
