Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, administrative, or sales support; wholesale distribution/plumbing a plus.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication; professional phone etiquette; clear written correspondence.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, team-player attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Verify and release customer sales orders.
• Process invoices, statements, and account allocations.
• Open new job, credit, and cash accounts.
• Verify sales tax rates via BOE website.
• Manage refund requests and credit reference forms.
• Prepare and track notices for liens, mechanic lien filings, and collections.
• Update customer accounts and CA numbers daily in MIS.
• Run weekly lien aging reports and follow up on accounts.
• Prepare lien releases for customers.
