Job summary

ABC DOCKS LLC in Franklin, TN is seeking an Inside Sales Representative focused on loading dock equipment. You will generate sales, prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and build lasting relationships with commercial and industrial customers.

You will work with existing customers, dealers, prospects, contractors, and end users to identify needs and provide product and service solutions. Manage opportunities from inquiry through quotation, order processing, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inside sales experience in industrial equipment, construction, or building products.
• Familiarity with loading dock equipment, warehouse solutions, or material handling is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales, prepare quotations, and follow up on opportunities.
• Develop customer relationships for commercial and industrial loading dock equipment.
• Actively manage opportunities from inquiry through quotation, follow-up, order processing and delivery.
• Coordinate with dealers, contractors, and end users to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Document each follow-up to give management an accurate sales pipeline picture.
