The role involves managing opportunities from inquiry through order delivery, working with dealers and end users, and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment. Full-time on-site position in Nashville/Franklin area.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years inside sales experience, industrial equipment or related building products
• Familiarity with loading dock equipment, warehouse solutions, or material handling is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and prepare quotations for loading dock equipment.
• Follow up on outstanding opportunities and develop customer relationships.
• Manage opportunities from inquiry through quotation, order processing and delivery.
• Work with dealers, prospects, contractors and end users to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Document follow-ups to keep management informed of the sales pipeline.
