Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an experienced Inside Salesperson to support both inside and outside sales teams in our Industrial division.

The role focuses on mining, heavy contractors, utilities, and rail account management, building long-term customer relationships and coordinating between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate has a background in project management, customer service, construction, or industrial sales, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in Sales roles such as Sales Assistant or Account Manager.
• Experience with ERP systems and data management.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, fax, email, website or in person.
• Identify the right products for customer applications.
• Prepare quotes and enter sales orders; follow up on quotes and orders.
• Coordinate with outside sales and account managers.
• Track orders, expedite items, and manage shipping paperwork.
• Share leads with Sales, Marketing, and Branch Manager.
• Maintain communication with Purchasing and Accounting for orders and credit guidelines.
