Responsibilities

• Schedule work order meetings and confirm contracts or POs.
• Liaise between sales and accounting for invoicing issues.
• Prepare and deliver quotations to meet customer specs and status.
• Present product offerings to customers and obtain freight quotes.
• Produce quotes and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Manage order fulfillment information and safety compliance.
