Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Elk Grove, CA team. You will answer incoming calls, enter orders, resolve issues, and follow up with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

You will maximize phone contact to convert inquiries into orders, write bids and quotations, and document all activity in the ACS system. Collaborate with Outside Sales to support account management and adhere to training programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Fast learner who grasps concepts quickly.
• Ability to type 40 WPM.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and enter orders.
• Maximize customer contact to turn inquiries into orders; suggest accessories or replacements.
• Write bids and quotations and perform follow-up procedures.
• Document all customer contact and sales activities in the ACS system.
• Communicate with Outside Sales to ensure account management and customer service for new/existing customers.
• Support Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing plans.
• Keep current on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products and attend training.
• Update and maintain database.
