Job summary

Custom Hoists, Inc. in Hayesville, Ohio is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join a team focused on revenue generation via proactive outreach, relationship building, and sales closure by phone or online channels. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Customer Success Manager.

The candidate will embody integrity, accountability, and collaboration while supporting orders, quotes, and shipments in a manufacturing environment. PPE and safety are emphasized on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 3+ years relatable experience.
• 1–3 years inside sales or customer service in a non-retail setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide quotes.
• Enter, amend, and maintain purchase orders.
• Prepare and send quotes to customers.
• Provide field sales support and assist with monthly sales projections.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track shipments.
• Communicate operational and customer information to stakeholders.
