You will manage inbound/outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to move opportunities through SAP and related systems. The role requires delivering a high-quality customer experience, handling multiple calls daily, and building partnerships with customers and wholesalers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent sales experience.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Proficient with corporate productivity tools and web presentations.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
• Proactively reach out via phone and email to engage with customers and create opportunities.
• Route qualified inquiries to the appropriate sales channel for further development and closure.
• Partner with outside sellers to generate and nurture opportunities with national wholesalers.
• Quickly resolve customer issues by working with internal customer service and production teams.
• Work with internal teams to set up new accounts and ensure existing accounts are properly maintained within SAP.
• Guide new customers through the order placement and service processes.
• Establish relationships with key personnel at customers to drive partnership.
• Research accounts and identify key players and relationships.
• Provide program and product trainings via online platforms for customers.
• Serve as liaison between customer service and external sales teams to enhance customer experience.
