A. O. Smith Corporation in Ontario, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to grow revenue and support customers across the AO Smith Water Treatment family.

You will engage existing customers and prospects by phone, email, and presentations, qualifying needs and converting them into opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a BA/BS or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task with SAP in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent sales experience.
• Proven inside sales experience.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Mansioni

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting efforts.
• Reach out via phone and email to engage customers and create opportunities.
• Route qualified inquiries to the appropriate sales channel for development and closure.
• Partner with outside sellers to generate and nurture opportunities with national wholesalers.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal customer service and production teams.
• Set up new accounts and maintain existing accounts within SAP.
