Qualifications

• No minimum education or work experience required.
• Keyboard typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes using established company methodology and procedures.
• Maintain close communication with the sales team and estimator to ensure successful fulfillment of customer RFQs.
• Accurately type and record quotes in the company’s computer system and store documentation in the proper network location.
• Move jobs into the appropriate quote review stage.
