Job summary

Earthborne, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Warrington, PA. This on-site role connects inquiries to closed sales, qualifying needs and quoting equipment to customers, while collaborating with outside sales and the showroom team.

You will respond quickly to inbound inquiries, build relationships, and work to meet or exceed sales targets. The position includes base salary plus commission, with strong training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in equipment, machinery, automotive, or similar.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead response to inbound inquiries quickly and follow up consistently.
• Prospect new customers via phone, email, and social channels.
• Consultatively identify needs and recommend equipment or attachments.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and close sales to hit quotas.
• Support outside sales and coordinate product demos.
• Greet showroom visitors and qualify their needs.
• Maintain accurate online inventory listings and CRM records.
• Solicit reviews and manage online reputation.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and events.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and build vendor relationships.
• Continuously improve through coaching and feedback.
