Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Professional to support the sales team onsite.

You will handle internal sales, process orders, and coordinate across sales, production, shipping, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction. This role offers a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 annually with a 10% incentive bonus upon achieving company goals, plus comprehensive health benefits and opportunities for career advancement in a growing manufacturing

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative support within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• High level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with sales order systems, ERP/CRM software, and basic office applications.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day internal sales while assisting account managers and customers.
• Process incoming orders, prepare quotes, and track customer inquiries from initial contact through completion.
• Act as the internal liaison between sales, production, shipping, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and sales documentation in company databases.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or administrative delays to keep sales workflows moving efficiently.
