Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and take ownership of customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries and walk-in service.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.
• Log calls in the rental system with clear notes.
• Route trucks and maintain driver communication; schedule maintenance.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with shop/rental staff.
• Support outside sales representatives and project tasks as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain safety standards.
