Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, equipment rental, construction, industrial services, or related environments.
• Strong customer-service mindset with an interest in sales and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, rental requests, and walk-in customers.
• Develop an understanding of each customer’s project needs and help identify the appropriate equipment and services.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes, rental contracts, sales orders, and proposals.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives with pricing, equipment availability, customer requests, and new opportunities.
• Communicate equipment availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and service expectations clearly and professionally.
