Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, rental requests, and walk-in customers.
• Understand project needs and identify suitable Sage equipment and services.
• Prepare quotes, rental contracts, sales orders, and proposals accurately.
• Support Outside Sales with pricing, equipment availability, and requests.
• Communicate delivery schedules, pricing, and service expectations clearly.
• Follow up on quotes, opportunities, and customer requests.
• Build long-term customer relationships with responsive service.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and drive branch revenue.
