Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months or more of related experience.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports Outside Sales with customer orders.
• Familiarize with products and vendor catalogs to determine merchandise.
• Use Eclipse program for pricing and order entry.
• Estimate delivery dates based on company schedule.
• Resolve customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Describe and demonstrate products using samples or catalogs.
