Job summary

Granite City Electric Supply Company-Brockton is seeking a self-motivated inside sales professional in Brockton, MA. The goal is to grow customer relationships and drive revenue by leveraging knowledge of electrical applications and product lines.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation abilities, with preference for Eclipse software experience and EPEC certification. Base pay is $32/hour plus a monthly commission plan based on experience, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, some college or vocational school experience.
• Previous Electrical Distribution experience preferred.
• Business, construction or electrical industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Work with account base to grow incrementally and develop new accounts.
• Develop growth plan with Branch Manager and communicate with contractors and customers.
• Process inquiries, purchase orders, back orders, credits and quotations in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized customer files and pricing information; manage vendor pricing.
