Job summary

Granite City Electric Supply is SEEKING an inside sales professional to be the first customer touchpoint, building lasting relationships. Preferred knowledge includes electrical applications and layout, with familiarity of Square D products and Eclipse software. EPEC certification is a plus.

Role offers $31/hour plus a monthly commission structure, with benefits and room to grow within the largest independent electrical distributor in New England.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical applications and layout.
• Familiarity with Square D products is a plus.
• Experience with Eclipse software is preferred.
• EPEC Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing account base and develop new accounts.
• Plan growth with Branch Manager and use strong sales approach.
• Coordinate with counter contractor sales, outside sales and management.
• Process inquiries, purchase orders, back orders, credits and price changes promptly.
• Maintain orderly files for customer information and pricing.
