Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Reno, NV is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support contractors, engineers, and project managers. You’ll handle calls, quotes, and order entry, building lasting relationships with local customers.

Reporting to the Customer Sales Manager, you’ll coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Engineering teams, and contribute to a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment that values accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and construction background.
• Familiar with ERP systems and order processing.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers for quotes, purchases, or inquiries.
• Produce quotations using ERP software.
• Coordinate order processing with project managers, customer service reps, and outside sales.
• Assist with post-sale support, submittal information and order entry.
