Jensen Infrastructure in Reno, NV is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You’ll handle quotes, orders and customer inquiries from contractors and project managers, while building lasting relationships over the phone.

Reporting to the Customer Sales Manager, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Dispatch and Engineering, producing quotations in our ERP system and coordinating order processing to support post-sale service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in construction industry.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers for quotes or orders.
• Produce quotations using the ERP system.
• Coordinate order processing with project managers and sales teams.
