Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Leverages product knowledge to support decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manage time to meet service standards.
