Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced inside sales and customer support professional to manage inquiries, quotes, orders, and fulfillment. You will serve as the primary internal contact, ensuring accurate processing and timely issue resolution while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with outside sales reps, branch leadership, and internal teams, you will leverage product knowledge to assist customers and coordinate inventory and shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations required.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
